INTEGRA Metering AG and its parent company, INTEGRA Holding AG, are realigning their strategic focus to concentrate on two key priorities: the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the global market for thermal energy measurement. This decision is part of the Group’s long-term strategy to support customers in using resources efficiently and promoting sustainable growth.

As part of this strategic development, the sale of INTEGRA Metering SAS (France) to the SONTEX Group represents an important milestone. The company, which manufactures the TOPAS® and RUBIN® SONIC product lines, will continue its operations under a new name in the medium term.

Product availability and continuity are fully ensured for all customers. INTEGRA Metering AG will continue distributing the TOPAS® and RUBIN® SONIC products in Switzerland, while the SONTEX Group will take over their distribution in Germany and Austria. This transition guarantees the preservation of the high-quality standards and reliable customer service that both companies are known for.

Following an initial refocusing phase in summer 2024, this decision marks another significant step in the consistent implementation of INTEGRA Metering Group’s sustainable growth strategy. This focus will strengthen customer relationships and enable further alignment of our products and services with market needs, helping customers use their resources even more effectively.
