Board of Directors of INTEGRA Metering AG – Press release

INTEGRA Metering underlines growth ambitions and strengthens the focus of its Board of Directors.

On 25th of March 2021, the shareholders of INTEGRA Metering unanimously elected Dieter Brunner as new member and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He succeeds Roger Baumer, CEO and co-owner of Hälg Group, who actively contributed to the new orientation of INTEGRA Metering over the last ten years as board member.

Dieter Brunner also assumes the role of Chairman of the Board from Adrian Oehler, CEO and Chairman of the Board of INTEGRA Holding, who takes over as Vice Chairman of the Board of INTEGRA Metering.

Mr. Brunner looks back on an impressive leadership career with a proven record of accomplishment. He led Iskraemeco, one of the top smart metering companies, as Group CEO and President of the Board for more than a decade until 2020. Prior to this, he served as VP Sales for Landis+Gyr, Managing Director of GUTOR and APC as well as a Division Manager with ABB.

INTEGRA Metering, founded in 1928, develops, produces, and sells water and thermal energy meters worldwide. The company’s target partners and customers include water and thermal energy suppliers, municipalities, property management companies, and building operators.
